Celeste holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Durham, and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor in 2020.

Celeste’s practice areas encompass corporate and commercial law and corporate finance. She has acted for clients from a wide range of industries in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and listings and other corporate commercial matters. In particular, she has advised MNCs, listed companies and start-ups on acquisitions, fund raising and other transactions, including joint ventures, investments, shareholder agreements and commercial agreements.
