Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the National University of Singapore, and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor in 2018.

Prior to joining I.N.C. Law, Dorothy had practised in one of Singapore’s prominent medium-sized firms, with a particular focus on cross-border banking & finance transactions, corporate transactions and corporate advisory work.

In her banking & finance practice, Dorothy’s competencies include cross-border asset financing as well as receivables financing. Her core practice also includes general corporate advisory on areas of real estate, employment, joint ventures, start-ups, private equity and regulatory compliance.

Dorothy regularly acts for both local and international clients; she has represented clients spanning a wide array of industries ranging from the private education sector to the food & beverage sector.
