Leonard holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (First Class Honours) from the University of Manchester, and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor in 2020.

Prior to joining I.N.C Law LLC, Leonard had practised in one of Singapore’s leading medium-sized law firms focusing on capital markets, cross-border banking & finance transactions, corporate transactions and corporate advisory work.

Leonard regularly acts for both local and international clients. In the area of capital markets, Leonard has assisted and advised clients on circular actions and matters concerning their continuous compliance with the listing framework. In his banking and finance practice, Leonard has been involved particularly in cross-border asset financing transactions. His core practice includes general corporate advisory, data protection, licensing and distribution.
