Min Fay graduated from Singapore Management University in 2019 and holds a Master of Laws degree from Keio University, where she also earned a specialization certificate in Business Law.

Admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2020, Min Fay began her legal career in dispute resolution, garnering experience in litigation, adjudication, and international arbitration proceedings. She now practices corporate and commercial law, with a keen interest in commercial transactions, employment law, and general corporate advisory work.
