Wen-na holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. She was admitted as a Barrister-at-law of the Middle Temple in 1992 and to the Singapore Bar in 1994.

Starting as a litigation lawyer for the first few years of her legal practice, Wen-na subsequently moved on to practise corporate & commercial law. She was in-house counsel in corporations from the real estate, aviation, utilities, defence and construction space, spanning across listed corporations, private firms and public service.

Wen-na’s areas of experience include real estate transactions, development, building & construction, banking & finance, investment, regulatory matters, employment and dispute resolution issues.
