Candice holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Singapore Management University, and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2014.

Candice has practised in a number of firms in Singapore before joining I.N.C. Law, with a particular focus on corporate transactions and commercial matters. Her core practice includes transactions involving mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, general corporate advisory and commercial contracts involving the sales of goods, licensing and distribution.

Candice regularly acts for private companies and public companies listed on the Singapore Exchange across various industry sectors, in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
