Counsel 

Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the National University of Singapore, and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1999.

Yvonne has practised in a number of firms, as well as with leading banks and an oil trading company before joining I.N.C. Law, with a particular focus on financial services, fintech, commodities, general commercial contracts, employment, technology, corporate advisory and compliance.

Yvonne regularly acts for private and public listed companies across various industry sectors, in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
