Director

Ian holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Laws degree from the University of London (UCL).

After his admission to the Singapore bar in 1987, Ian practised in a number of firms, before assuming his present position as managing director of the firm. Having spent several years practising in civil litigation, he moved into the realm of corporate and commercial transactions, which is presently his core area of practice.

Ian is regularly engaged in corporate transactions involving joint ventures, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, as well as commercial transactions in the field of intellectual property and technology, franchising, licensing, agency and distribution, international sales of goods and electronic commerce. He also acts as company secretary for a considerable number of companies, including several non-profit organisations.
