Raina graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2014 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2015.

Previously a commercial litigation lawyer, Raina has experience in both contentious and non-contentious areas of law.

Raina acts for clients from a wide range of industries in cross-border matters. Her practice includes corporate transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments as well as commercial transactions involving software, franchising, distribution and technology-related matters.

Raina is also regularly engaged in general corporate advisory and commercial law.
